Description Veronica spicata 'Tickled Pink' is a new variety that was discovered by Mike Farrow at Holly Hills Farms in Maryland. 'Tickled Pink' is a sport of V. 'Goodness Grows', a breakthrough color for a Veronica with bubblegum pink blooms. This Veronica is also know to be more vigorous and to have longer lasting blooms, as with most perennials bloom time can be extended by cutting spent flowers. Spike Speedwell blooms in late Spring to Mid Summer, can get 15" tall and should be spaced every 18-24" apart. The name Veronica was given to Speedwells to honor St. Veronica who is said to have wiped away Christ's tears. Great for sunny borders and in rock gardens. Hardiness: USDA Zones
