Description Nandina domestica 'Moyers Red' has very similar foliage to Nandina domestica 'Compacta' only with a more intense red color, also it is a standard Nandina size, meaning it can reach 6-8 feet. 'Moyers Red' produces much more anthocyanin pigment than Compacta and more than most Nandinas. This pigment is produced in the flowers, fruit, and foliage. In fact this is one of the few Nandinas with pink flowers. Another perk is that this cultivar will produce berries 1-2 months earlier than others. Hardiness: USDA Zones 6-9
