Description Blue Rug Juniper has a silver blue color, and is good for ground cover or bank planting as it only get 6-8 inches in height and spreads to a width of 6-8 feet. It is covered thick with foliage and rarely shows its limbs. Juniperus horizontalis 'Wiltonii' is similar to Bar Harbor Juniper only it is tighter in its growth habit. Hardiness: USDA Zones
