Adiantum hispidulum - Rosy Maidenhair Fern

Description

This deciduous fern is a native to the tropics of Asia and Africa and sports a rosy brown color on young fronds, with age fronds fade to green. Rosy Maidenhair Fern will grow 18" to 24” tall and has a clumping growth habit reaching 12" wide. Adiantum hispidulum prefers temperatures below 90°F. This fern will remain evergreen in zones 7 and up, below zone 7 it will be winter deciduous. Avoid water on the foliage to prevent spots.
