Description Euryops pectinatus 'Viridis' is from South Africa and has great heat tolerance and drought tolerance once established, making it a great plant for Texas summers. Growing 2-3' tall, the African Daisy will be covered with bright yellow ray & disk flowers on long straight stems from autumn until the first frost and through spring in warmer climates. This perennial will be come more rounded in growth habit with age. Euryops pectinatus has grey-green foliage, 'Viridis' is a cultivar of this species with dark lustrous green foliage. Green-Leaved Euryops is a favorite of butterflies and the birds will feed on the seeds if flowers are left to dry on the plant. Hardiness: USDA Zones
