| Asystasia gangetica

Description Ganges Primrose is know for it’s ability to be aggressive, however, this variety has a more mounding growth habit growing only to about 24” wide. As an added bonus this variety will bear 1” yellow trumpet shaped flowers from spring to fall instead purple flowers usually seen on Ganges Primrose. Asystasia gangetica is also more cold hardy than other forms of Asystasia and is an excellent plant for southern gardens because it will tolerate heat and humidity. This plant will reach 2’ tall with a 2’ spread at maturity. Hardiness: USDA Zones
