Description

Aquilegia x hybrida ‘Spring Magic’ is a new, compact, Columbine that flowers 2-3 weeks earlier than most Aquilegia spp. Expect ‘Spring Magic’ to be very uniform in growth with large navy blue and white, waxy flowers, and dark green foliage. Its small size makes it excellent for the front of the border or containers and is a favorite of the butterflies and birds. Aquilegia likes loose soil with good drainage. Aquilegia x hybrida ‘Spring Magic’ is a winner of the Fleuroselect Quality Award. This Columbine will reach 14" tall with a 12" spread at maturity.
